Dec. 26th, 2019 01:42 pmAnd so it would seem that there was at least one unaccounted for casualty of the Arrancar War that had slipped everyone's notice, since it didn't happen in the Soul Society at all, but rather back on Fandom Island, undiscovered until Shunsui got back to his apartment, once everything was settled back in the Seireitei and he'd managed to convince Yamamoto not to put a travel ban on him for the lost captain's robe.
"Oh, no! Nanao-chan VI!!"
In his defense, he hadn't exactly known he'd be gone long enough that not watering his roommate would turn out to be a problem.
It was a good thing Hollows weren't a thing for plants, and, on the bright side, seven was a much luckier number than six, anyway.
Shunsui still felt pretty bad about it, though, and wondered if he should look into funerals for bonsais.
